Zigpoll Customer Surveys

This app is exactly what we were looking for; we love the flexibility in how we can deliver surveys, the user interface to build them is also great and super easy to use. The customer service is also top-notch as well!

As an e-commerce business owner, having this customer survey app is a must for all retailers! Upon downloading it, I found the setup process to be quite straightforward. I've configured it to send out post-purchase surveys to my customers, and it's performing excellent in this regard. What I appreciate is its extensive range of features and settings, along with a comprehensive dashboard analysis. Among all the survey apps I've experimented with for my company, this one stands out as the most user-friendly, robust, and customizable. Zigpoll has been great in helping us run our post-purchase survey, and Jason's support has been excellent. Had an issue with editing a live survey and some data loss, and Jason was able to push through an update and resolve our issue in just a couple of days. One of the best apps I've ever used on Shopify. Really easy to get to grips with, super easy to implement with the website and not just a shoddy pop up. Looks great, fab work, guys.

The Zigpoll app is perfect for short polls/surveys. But we're using the app for a 10-15 question survey, and it's working well. We like that it's integrated within our shop in Shopify - the fonts, colours are syncing with the look of our site. Also like the use of images within the survey. Customer service is quick to reply, friendly and helpful. Give it a go.

Their customer support is amazing. I had an issue, got a response within an hour and they're building a feature to make it even better straight away. 100% recommend.
