Zigpoll Customer Surveys

We have had a great experience using zigpoll. their survey workflows are detailed & intuitive to understand. the customer insights from the surveys are excellent, and the customer support is quick & proactive. 10/10 experience for us.

Great survey app - extensive and thorough. I use Zigpoll for one big survey this past month to get insight into moving my product line forward and it really paid off. My customers sailed through it and answered every question. Easy to set up. Easy to get the results. I had one little misunderstanding at the end which was quickly handled and explained. Great customer service. Thank you Zigpoll - I'll be back.

I set up a post purchase survey, exit intent survey and abandoned cart survey. All are working good and the insights after just a few hours have been very valuable. The surveys are very customizable. Support was also excellent.

Absolutely fantastic survey platform. Very responsive support team too. My only qualm was the way pricing is structured - per response and not per survey, which can add up quite quickly for longer surveys. Aside from that, 5/5.

The best survey app and the most helpful support! We have been using the app mainly for our post purchase NPS survey for a few years now. After moving to another customer service platform that didn't have a very robust native CSAT survey capabilities, we have started into different options. ZigPoll support built the integration for us in just 2 days! Highly recommend!

This app has exactly what my company needed for a post-purchase questionnaire. There was functionality I needed, so I contacted support and they were able to add it in under a week. Great customer service and great app.

Great app with so many options to customise. I love how easy it was to integrate with my thank you page and show new customers a survey. So many options on the survey, I'm surprised this doesn't cost more!

Jason is also really helpful which is a great bonus!

cannot recommend this app enough. this is one of the very few apps on Shopify that just work brilliantly and deliver exactly what it says it will. we were blown away by how easy it is to use and how user friendly the UI is, not to mention it gives a goldmine of valuable data that helps us improve our CR and customer satisfaction. cannot recommend enough. I recently found this app. I'm trying to get more insight on my website and how customers feel around using it and about my products, I decided to give it a chance. Their free plan is a great way to start off and see how well these surveys go. I had a problem installing the survey onto my website. Within 24 hours Jason got back to me a few times after the first guide didn't work and was able to help me install the survey. Great customer service, while being super easy to use and implement onto your website. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Zigpoll is the best post-purchase survey tool we've found. Setup is simple, the survey flows feel native on-site, and the response quality is genuinely useful for understanding why customers bought. We use it to feed ICP research directly into our creative strategy. Does exactly what it promises.
