Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Great experience with the team support (Jason).
App is easy to use and very useful, we are using mainly zigpoll to get some data from client and improve our ads message and targeting.

Works well, service is responsive. I think the prices went up recently, more than I recall it costing when I had to upgrade.

I recently found this app. I'm trying to get more insight on my website and how customers feel around using it and about my products, I decided to give it a chance. Their free plan is a great way to start off and see how well these surveys go. I had a problem installing the survey onto my website. Within 24 hours Jason got back to me a few times after the first guide didn't work and was able to help me install the survey. Great customer service, while being super easy to use and implement onto your website. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Attribution is extremely hard to pinpoint these days. What I love about Zigpoll is you can see the entire pathway: what the customer clicked on or searched to find your site vs. what they self-reported can be very enlightening. The fact that Zigpoll can integrate with pretty much any platform we use is also a huge plus. Their customer service is unparalelled, we always get replies within 24 hours whenever we have any issue, and every problem we encountered has been resolved easily with their help!

Highly recommend for any store that wants real insight into where customers actually come from.
