everything I was looking for. an app that integrates with my theme and I can add my own text/returns policy below the form. The fact that its free is amazing bonus. the only thing id say to improve is the ability for customers to add images on the return but I have been reassured that they are working on it

So far so good, great support, great app a must for all shopify stores, integration in your store is so easy and will go down well with your customers. Customer service is excellent. As a first step in creating a repeatable process for returns, this is good. Very basic, but it is a good starting software that is easy to implement.
