The app solves a challenging issue - managing returns. Works very from testing and have now deployed the app for day to day use.

Quick support, easily configurable, and simple. But it needs some additional tweak to provide more configuration.

I use this app to allow my customers to file for a return or an exchange and its a great easy app to use!

Recently have downloaded this app onto my shopify and I can honestly say it is one of the best apps I have downloaded. It makes returns simple and saves me the hassles of returns.
