We were unaware of this app until we were contacted by one of their team, Jodie. Jodie was fantastic in explaining the app and providing a demo. She was on hand to provide after installation support. The app itself is very slick, blends into our own website and interface, making it comparable to some of the returns platform featured by high street brands. It has elevated our brand as one customers can trust. Top marks to the team and Jodie in particular.

Love Clicksit. No other app or program was able or willing to work with my specific needs. Not only is the app itself easy to use and integrates perfectly with my store, the help and attentiveness I was given from the Clicksit team was a lifesaver. All I got from Clicksit was "Yes" or "Let's figure out a way to do it!" And as a small business that is everything. I needed a way to send pre-paid return labels with my orders, and the answer I got from other apps was simply that they couldn't do that- And with Clicksit that wasn't something they specifically offered in my area- But they not only directed me to an app that could help me with that, they helped me integrated my store with that app and theirs. Installed a few weeks ago. Look's great. Just had a setup call with support and we are going to add this to our store to manage all our returns.

This app has really made returning orders simple for both me and my customers. It's so easy to use and navigate and it works smoothly integrated with Shopify. I absolutely love this app.

awesome app i highly recommend for all users. it makes returns easy for us and for the cutomers!! it avoids mistakes and confusion. The only few things id like them to add/fix is to choose an item they would like to exchange to. But for the fact that its free, it does the job amazingly

After using this app for a month I do like it. Helps me stay organized with my returns. Very helpful and great for busy season.

I am so impressed with Clicksit, their customer service team are incredibly slick. The returns portal was up and working on my website within an hour and it has completely streamlined our returns process.

Clicksit is a very helpful app. Allows us to manage the returns seamlessly. Saves a lot of time and process flow.

It will be nice if there is an option to add images for the customers while creating a return request.
