Really simple to set-up and support readily available if you’re unsure about anything. Easily customisable portal, my customers so far have preferred to use a prepaid option. Thanks!

Clicksit provides a really convenient way to track return/exchange requests. We were handling all of our returns via email previously, so having a dashboard to view and approve requests has been a major improvement. The app also adds a degree of professionalism to our store that customers seem to appreciate.

Really easy to use and has helped manage our returns easily. Customer service is very responsive as well. I would recommend this app to other merchants. Would be nice if you could actually refund directly from the app as well.

The app is pretty perfect given it is free. Very easy to manage and accept/reject requests. The app had good trifurcation: RETURN, EXCHANGE or REFUND which added customer convenience, in our case.
There was good support to put the Returns button next to the orders on the customers' order page - although a suggestion, this could have been done either by the app or a Help Page with the guidelines would help all.

This app has really helped me streamline my return process, which I have been grateful to not have to deal with. I love that it makes a custom returns page for you, and sends out automated emails to make my job easier. Great App!
