Great App! Easy to set up and its FREE! Great customer support when needed.
A simple and cheap way to offer free returns to your customers. Highly recommended.

So far so good, great live chat service. Dealing with real people is much better than those automated bots.

I've been using Clicksit for some time now and so impressed with the features and ease of use. It made the return process easier and more professional. The Clicksit team are always listening to their customers and are constantly improving the app based on customer feedback. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a return portal!

We needed a returns app that gives customers the option to look up their order using the phone number or the email they provided at checkout. So many returns apps still use the out of date process of only letting customers enter an email address. Clicksit saved us from having to manually process those returns. On top of saving us time it was extremely easy to set up and integrated perfectly with our store! Also love that we get an email alerting us that we have a return request waiting to be reviewed. We have zero complaints about this app and highly recommend it.

We are seeing checkout through mobile phone number increase day on day, so felt it was really important our app accommodated that when it came to returns.

Nice app. Works well, and does everything I need it to do. It loads fast, very intuitive, and no issues from customers. I Recommend it.

A fantastic app, makes returns processing so much easier. I would highly recommend for store owners who are receiving a lot of orders and returned goods as it helps you keep track of it all.

So far so good, great support, great app a must for all shopify stores, integration in your store is so easy and will go down well with your customers. Customer service is excellent. We have used this application to help us monitor and keep track of our returns. Originally we could not account or anticipate the number of returns we were getting, this app has allowed us to do this. It has also reduced the number of emails we were getting as it has automated the process somewhat.

Brilliant app. Makes the returns process easy for customers and looks very professional on the website. Love the fact we can provide returns for customers and that we can chose to either charge for them or provide them foc if we like.
