I am really impressed so far. The app is professional looking, customizable and all automated. The app is exactly what I've been looking for to handle returns. There are still some areas that I may need help with setting up but so far is working flawlessly. Return page can be automatically created. But it cannot upload return labels to customers. I hope the APP can upload return labels automatically in US.

After searching and downloading a couple of Apps, I found Clicksit and it was the easiest to use, so straightforward and really helpful staff. Have already recommended to 2 friends who have started their new stores and will continue to reccomend!

This is a fantastic app for anyone looking for an easy and professional way to manage order returns. The app was very easy to install and set-up, and their customer service team was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries. The branded returns page provides a very professional look to our returns process, and the simple on-screen instructions makes it much easier for customers to return items which has saved us a huge amount of time responding to customers inquiries. Overall this a fantastic app, especially as it's free to download. An absolute must if you run a high-volume store.
