We've used Clicksit since launching our brand early this year and it's awesome. Simple, user-friendly for both customers and us. Installation was beyond easy. Not sure how they're able to offer this app for free, but we're not complaining. It's great!

Offensively Blessed was manually updating information on a manual refund per shopify and found Clicksit Return Center app which assited with pulling in the products and able to write a professional email to customer to keep up with updates on status of refund. Fantastic app, just what I need for my store. Customer service is fantastic, had a quick but very informative zoom call to help me understand and set up this service and my customers will be happy with the free returns option going forward.
