I use this app to process our refunds and give our business a professional look. The demo run through was informative and really helpful. Although we have not started trading yet, everything is set up ready for our launch!
Not yet discovered any problems, the only disadvantage is the high returns courier fees. However, you are only charged for each return label used. We give customers the option not to use the label and if they do we invoice them directly.
We used this app to process returns and exchanges, we are really happy the way it works for us and our customers. Makes the process much easier.
There are few return management apps available but only handful provide such an user friendly/simple interface and support cost effective European courier services.
Staff is such a friendly and helpful that 2 people volunteered to help me at weekend to sort out a minor issue. In short, a free working app, better service than many paid apps, helpful staff; what more anyone can ask for? Happy :)
Good one! Still figuring out how everything works exactly but so far, the app is a good choice for having a clear overview on returns/exchange requests.
I loved this app for returns. It helps in creating the return workflow though I have not used their credits yet.
I was looking for an app to better streamline my returns process and this app is the best out of all the returns app I tested. Very easy to set up and easy dashboard to view the returns. Although the label printing integration is not functional in the united states yet I am hoping this will be rolled out sometime this year. I would definitely recommend this app to other e-commerce businesses.
Clicksit is super easy to use and set up! Great way to organize all returns and exchanges. if your a small business owner I highly recommended it!
The app works perfectly fine. Customers can register return request and the vendor can accept or reject the request.
If it could generate a return label it would be great.
I had a problem with the return page, the page was too high up under the header and I could see the email field. I contacted Clicksit and they resolved the problem quickly!

I like how this app makes returns easier for customers. They no longer need to email and ask to return, they can just enter their order and fill out the info online to be approved. I do wish it showed notifications better in Shopify so if you missed the email you would still be notified that there is a return pending in your app. It would also be nice if you didn't have to leave the app to send the return label or process the return.
