For a free app this is definitely the best one out there! Nothing else even comes close. I'm in Canada and I don't use all the pro features as those are mostly for UK sellers. The support from the ClickSit guys is top notch, nonetheless. this app is super easy to use and changed my whole store experience, im not able to offer my customers a one stop shop to process all refunds

I think this app is great for small businesses. If advanced it might be good for bigger brands too. so far it's been great for my returns. Only think is, as an internationally selling brand, it would have been good to add international rates too for returns. This way the customers won't deal with the returns stress of international items. Especially now after brexit, lots of people are cautious with international purchases.
