The app is very nice for customer communication around returns and easy to setup also language-wise, there is manual task involved in the actual return to stock and refund, but my customers are happy with the portal.

Fab app... easy, straightforward to use and very customisable without coding. Staff are very responsive if you need help. Customers appreciate the ease of use.

This is a great app, the ability to send Collect+ labels to customers has been extremely useful in the month or two we've been using it. Even without that functionality, simply having a system for processing returns has been great and saved a lot of time in customer support.
