It's been such a relief having Ziina as a payment gateway for my Shopify store. As a small business owner, it's been really difficult to find ways to sell my items in a smooth and efficient way, and this was just the feature I needed. I would definitely recommend this to all business owners in the UAE, no matter what scale!

The setup process is such a painstaking one. There is no proper customer support, just on whatsapp. Looks like it's run by just 2 people. No customer support team to hop on to a call to understand the issue. The emirates ID doesn't get scanned properly via app. This is just a pretty looking app with 0 substance! Stay away, wasted 4 days on setting this up while website says 5 min easy setup.

I've been using Ziina's app for quite a while now and have always loved how smooth and easy it's been to process payments for my clients.

AND now that they've got the Shopify integration, it's made it even easier for me to offer a one stop shop for all my experiences through my website. People can now book and pay on the website with Ziina and that's a major perk! The integration process is also very easy to follow and took me less than 5 minutes to have it set up.

Ziina's integration for Shopify has been so helpful in scaling up my business. Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but it has exceeded my expectations.
