We use Zipchat on many stores. Great product, easy UX and super fast to use. Every new store we launch we add Zipchat, takes like 10-15 minutes to set it up and works wonders. Great to convert users on the fence and automate support.

Quick and easy setup - you can start prompting conversations right away.
What surprises most is that the bot doesn't sound like a bot and customers think they talk with real person which makes the experience more genuine. The bot can be easily educated on how to answer on more specific inquiries. Overall it can help you gain more trust in your customers and of course increase the sales.

Awesome app. Handles most customer enquiries even better than a live agent, focused on converting questions to sales, available 24/7. Super intuitive admin panel, great insights from the dashboard. The value it delivers exceeds the cost by far. Overall, we are very happy with zipchat!

I have tested many, quite a few in fact, and I am currently in the testing phase. However, I must say that I am extremely impressed by the performance and the availability of support. Nowadays, this level of service is very rare, if not non-existent, and often you come across incompetence. This has been a refreshing experience!

Really cool, very innovative. It's awesome seeing how the AI learns, and really helpful features on the back end that allow you to refine the chat. I am curious to see how it develops and serves our business, but so far very impressed!

Zip Chat is simply amazing! It's incredibly easy to set up, and it seamlessly integrates into my business. What’s even better is that my customers have started complimenting the AI chatbot itself, which is something I didn’t expect. It handles inquiries smoothly and provides such a personalized experience that people think they’re chatting with a real person. It's really helped streamline customer support and get more orders in!

Great app to automate support in multiple languages and dialect. The AI doesn’t hallucinates like it does in all the other apps we tried. Recommended.
