We use Zipchat for our wireless earbuds business, soundsgood.ca, and it is very helpful in assisting clients with common problems. This allows us to offer instant support 24/7. If the bot cannot resolve an issue, it directs the client to our email support.

The bot also helps visitors better understand our products and make more informed choices.

You need to train the bot, and while it's not perfect, it's still pretty awesome!

I'm sure whatever is the bug you're referring to, it will be solved super fast.

Unfortunately it doesnt look like we are going to be able to make a recommendation on this app, We installed late last year (2023) At the time they didnt even offer a plan to cover all of our products so we had a 499.99 a month plan, Out of just under 10,000 Visitors we had 17 Conversations engaged, Most of which were us testing, We had super high hopes, Then when asked for a refund because the app wasnt as expected we were told it was our traffic, Granted its not 100k visitors but there were like 6 or 7 engagements, out of almost 8000 visitors. We have propel replay half the time the app didnt even pop up, it wasnt a traffic thing either it did no better on our business Site very disappointed. If something changes i will update review but it doesnt look very promising

Wonderful Ai Chatbot that significantly improved our customers purchasing experience. Super smooth and quick integration and easy to use. In case of questions the ZipChat Sales Team was always very proactive to assist.

Not a good experience at all, once I remove the app it appear in the Botton of my website I can't remove it. they are advertising the app in my website without my permission. I neves had an issue like that with an app, plus didn't work as I need it.
