I recently added ZipChat to my Shopify store and it has been an amazing addition!

The app is easy to install and use, and has greatly improved customers experience.
The live chat is very helpful for customers looking for a specific product or just having questions about my store in general.

Overall, I highly recommend ZipChat to any Shopify store owner looking to improve their customer experience and boost sales!

10 stars! I am on the free trial and can't believe how great this app is. Answers questions much more quickly and accurately than my human help can. In addition to the store itself, we added all of our product websites to the knowledge base and the chat bot gets the answer correct - with amazingly professional and friendly language that makes our customers feel valued - every single time. Very happy.

ZipChat is amazing! The app is easy to install and use. It takes a little bit time to train the the 'robot', but after that it answers accurate and fast. We ship worldwide and we are not able to answer questions around the clock to meet the time differences. With the app the amount of e-mails we receive has drastically decreased.

Another big plus is the customer service! This app is an absolute MUST.

Nous sommes vraiment ravies de Zipchat et encore plus du service client ! On recherchait un chat en ligne pour notre boutique e-commerce sans que cela nous rajoute du travail et c'est exactement ce que fait Zipchat ! Grâce à l'entraînement, il répond exactement comme on le ferait ! Michael, le fondateur, est vraiment très présent pour répondre à toutes nos interrogations, on se sent accompagné !
En 2023, cette app est vraiment un must-have pour toutes les personnes qui cherchent un bot compétent ! C'est un vrai game-changer alors nous pouvons que vous le recommander !

I've tried other Ai Chatbots and I'm so happy with ZipChat! I love how ZipChat actually recommends products for customers with great accuracy. It goes beyond expectations with very specific responses and even in other languages.

I've been blown away at how ZipChat can seamlessly follow any flow in the conversations with a very natural responses. It's cut down tremendously on my customer response work and the "Track My Order" feature is one that knocks out a huge chunk of customer issues. I can't wait to see what they add next.

We love this app. It answers more accurately, in most cases, than humans (as long as the info on your site is correct) and works 24/7.

Previously, I was answering chats myself, and only during the limited window of 9-3pm. Customers who tried to reach me outside of that time had their messages forwarded.

That’s one thing that would be nice in a future update. If a customer has an issue, rather than simply sharing our email and phone, the chatbot could possibly take a message and forward it to a queue or our email.

However, I’ve been checking the logs of conversations and the bot has been providing VERY GOOD answers with NONE of the hallucinations of other chatbots. Other chatbots made up facts about our products that were sometimes humorously wrong. ZipChat even seems to have interpreted some images on our site? It might have inferred the information another way, but ZipChat often answers better than I do and I designed all of our products.

If you are jaded from answering the same questions all the time, give ZipChat a shot. Now, please come up with a bot to answer my customer service emails!

Installs easy and has greatly reduced staffing needs for basic customer sales and service. Their support is also very responsive to any suggestions you may have.
