Zipchat Chat IA & Chatbot IA

We have been using ZipChat for around 2 months now and I have to say, it's really impressive. Even 'out of the box' the AI does a fantastic job of responding to customers questions, making recommendations etc. and the responses are far superior to a lot of 'chatbots' I have come across, even for huge corporates. There are then several ways you can train the AI through simple steps to make it even better, and the app has some fantastic features to help you make the most of its capabilities.

The level of support has also been second to none. Alessandro has been super helpful in helping getting everything set up and providing advice on how to get the most out of the app.

Overall a fantastic app and amazing support. Really exited to see what it can do over time as it continues to learn and we can really start to embed it as a member of the team.

I've used ZipChat for a week and it has been terrific. The interaction with website visitors has been quick and accurate. We have the ability to take over the conversation with customers if needed.

The onboarding call was excellent and I highly recommend taking the free Learn Agent Course offered by ZipChat. It helped us understand the most effective way to set up ZipChat to respond to customers. It is an excellent course.
