There was an issue with the app when I first installed it. When the customer added a product to their cart, instead of 1, 2 were automatically added. Customer service fixed it for me within one day with no drama. The app is working really well now and already converting. It's a great app.

The app is incredibly intuitive and easy to use and believe me this is coming from a non-programmer.
