An incredibly smart and easy to use App that helps massively in boosting average order values! One Click Upsell by Zipify has a wide variety of functions such as pre-purchase upsells and downsells and it's integrations with other apps and simplicity of use makes it our favourite app to use. In addition, the customer support is superb, you can tell they really care about their customers. Thank you so much Zipify team, keep up the great work!

Very good app for one click upsells after purchase. I've been looking forward to this app for a few months now! In just 3 days I have been able to sell several upsells already. I highly recommend this app!

You can't use it with Paypal or any other payment provider. It's just for CC payments, which makes it useless for 95% of the transactions in Europe. Was so excited since I heard it's going native and super disappointed when I installed it and saw the restrictions. Of course, you can still use it for Pre Purchase, but it's 10x more expensive (based on order volume) than all other Apps existing for Pre Purchase for Shopify.

I used the old version of this app and my biggest issue was integration. I definitely did have an increase in sales and my upsells converted at 12%. I deleted it because it was confusing my customers who preferred to use afterpay but now that it's integrated with shopify checkout this isn't a worry. I also love the new pricing. It used to be $67 for everyone with no free trial and now they have pricing tiers. This is hands down the best post purchase upsell option if you're wondering if it's worth it.

I don't think we have been more excited about an app than this one! We've been using Zipify apps for years and after learning about the capabilities that One Click Upsell would have, we were pumped! The fact that it is native to Shopify checkout is game changing. And the pre purchase upsells are brilliantly done. We have products that before, we would display a pop up to see if the customer would like to upgrade their cart... the issue was that the customer would then have to click yes, then visit the upsell product, then add it to cart and finally, remove their original product. Whereas now, it's a simple click and they've upgraded their cart to a higher AOV. So smooth and so powerful. Thank you guys for all your hard work on this!

Ezra & the gang are changing the game. We're seeing great success with this launch & insanely happy it's native now so it doesn't disrupt our other checkout experiences.

One Click Upsell is the single best AOV booster we have ever come across. Now that they are on the Shopify app store I can finally write a review! We have been using it for 2 years. Our stats speak for themself: In our main store we have made an extra £188,538.80. In case you aren't familiar with the app, this is revenue on top of our original orders, AKA upsell revenue/revenue we would have missed out on. We saw an average of £2.72 increase in cart value across the board. Our AOV before OCU is around £32, so that comes in at almost a 10% increase in average order value. All in all we see an average of a 18% conversion rate on our post purchase upsells, which is phenomenal. Oh, and they also have the best customer service I have come across. Always get a reponse within a reasonable timeframe. I see that they are offering a 30 day free trial just now. If you want my advice, it's definitely worth a shot! It's changed our business.

This is the best post-purchase app on the market! Don't even bother with any other one...go with OCU!

I understand this is new and maybe it's still in the developing stage, but it does not work for everyone. I have tested on 2 different stores (since I have been waiting for this launch for a year now, or since Ezra mentioned it as a possibility I got all excited).
And I know how It works, I'm an original OCU user for 2 years at least with +5 stores. I also understand the fact it does work right now ONLY with credit card payment connected to Shopify and does not work with PayPal express. But I have been hanging with customer support for close to 48 hours now. I have been re-re-reading the FAQ and the help doc for at least 10 times now. The customer service replies just with template messages (copy-paste from the same FAQ or help doc site which I've seen it 10x times already). A bit frustrating when asking something and getting a template reply (just brings back bad memories with other big brands customer service). I tried to install/uninstall + enable/disable many times and it does not work. Pre-purchase upsell is listed, but no pre-purchase offer at all. Probably it's beta and we need more time to get stable.

Good App, well built. Fast Support. Super easy to use. But a little bit frustrating that most Shopify Plus users won't be able to use it until 2021. I Understand this is largely due to Shopify as well but it's like if we revert to the standard Shopify checkout then for us there's no real reason we need to be on the plus plan and paying its gigantic Bill. And it just feels stupid that we're actually considering dropping down our Shopify plan just so we can use this functionality. But having said that you guys have done a great job and a massive congratulations for pulling it off and I understand there are always teething issues just a bit frustrating is all. I'll be happy to update this review when we can use the app.
