The app has been easy to navigate from set-up to use. I ran into a problem with my shipping charges not showing on my order bumps and post purchase upsells and Ash and the team were able to go through my Shopify set-up and find the 'needle in the haystack' as to why - I had not clicked one box...once I checked the box - everything worked like a charm. While some features or refinement may be lacking compared to other comparable apps, the company is continually updating its feature set and and has A+ customer support that is very helpful with implementation support. OCU is a well-supported app. The customer service and developer team has been first class in sorting out some theme compatability issues, really quick support and fast to code snippets to fix the issues we had. We're finding 50% of customers are adding product to cart via OCU. Try it!
