I've used this app for many years. In the past few weeks, upsell payments stopped being captured completely - every order has an upsell, but no payment.

The developer claims they cannot troubleshoot or do anything about this. Unless you want to process all payments manually, look elsewhere.

We are experiencing customer frustration with this app. Some customers are getting double orders of the same product through this App that they claim they did not order. Please advise. jl@bagups.com

This app in non-negotiable for any ecommerce brand now - we're getting 15% conversion rate on the post purchase upsell and those orders are now highly profitable. I think this is one of the best (and easiest) ways to mitigate the rising cost of acquisition on Google, and I simply would not start a new site without it.

Not sure how it works with higher ticket premium items (AOV £400+) but for us it's perfect. Also - shout out to support who respond very quickly with any questions. At this point (1 month in) I have nothing negative to report at all. high quality app, and the main guy, Ezra is a legit ecom operator who knows how to sell online, so everything in the app seems grounded in best practice. Yeah, highly recommend. Thanks guys

With 9 books currently in my thriller series, pricing that number became a challenge with sales declining with readers reluctant to purchase the entire bundle. On the advice of several other authors, I reduced the number to 6 books (for a more appealing price) but then added an upsell of the remaining titles. Colleagues recommended One Click Upsell -- Zipify OCU to my Shopify page. I've had the APP installed for not quite a week and am already impressed with the results. Granted, not many sales yet...but 66.67% conversion upsell on Ebooks, 50% on audio, and...(gasp!) 100% on print. Hoping this continues...it's a game changer!

honestly I had a couple glitches with the app, giving discounts when it shouldn't have, I let the team know and the fixed the glitch and also completely compensated me for the losses. Despite the glitch I 100% still use this app and will continue to do so, the slide cart drawer is better than other apps i've tried, the upsells work unreal, and their customer support is amazing, well worth installing

This is probably the only app that pays for itself right out of the bat. In the first week this app added 150$ of revenue (our store is small), but it sold products that havent been sold in 2 years and is selling new products every day. I havent even configured everything in OCU. I am blown away, thank you to Ezra and his team.

App overall good. Post purchase is a problem because people cannot buy more of the same product in a knitting pattern - we need the AI to recommend other products, not whats in your cart already
