Zipify Landing Page Builder

For the app Zipify OneClickUpsell (can't find anywhere else to review the app so I made it here)

I really like the app and it has helped my business grow a lot. But the errors and problems that the app has been exhausting. I contact their support at least 3 times a week with new issues and usually, they don't like to take the blame for anything and sends me to contact another app or service. They can also answer very different on the same matter even though I'm talking to the same person every time. Which is very strange. Doesn't feel like they enjoy helping at all.

You also can't see any details about your orders when they go trough zipify, like which platform they came from or if the customer had any issues ordering that you can see if they just go through Shopify.

Overall I like the idea and the app, but it needs a lot of work. Especially for the crazy cost I'm paying every month. Just doing this review to let other business owners know what they're getting in to.

Excellent templates, fantastic user experience, top-notch support. They made it as self-explanatory as possible without losing the high-quality landing page effect. It is actually the best landing page builder I have ever used so far. Weldone guys!

Fantastic app! Great templates for conversion, and the support team are PHENOMENAL. Enormously recommended!

The rating would be a 5 but seriously, their support is HORRIBLE!
They claim to give you live chat support but no one is there.

But they will get back to you in several hours, just fill out this chat bot information. I guess that qualifies as "Support" but not in my book.

Unfortunately, there aren't any other funnel programs out there.

Functionally the program works but dont let the "you get live chat support" fool you, your getting a chat bot...

Pros:
Excellent support team
Great page building functionality.
Easily build pages and funnels within Shopify.
A novice can get a page up within 2 days.

Cons:
Design is a bit ugly and basic.
Limitations when it comes to creating offers with different kinds of products + discounts at the same time.

Customer support is fantastic and the template builder is fairly straight forward. Ideally, this app works best on a brand new store or a store with minimal products. I have too many product pages and images to import at the moment so unfortunately, the app isn't for me at this time. I will definitely use it for my new store and set everything up before importing products.

Amazing customer support and awesome templates! Was using another app but this is much easier and works great with Shopify. Such a great find!

With Zipify I was able to customize my storefront and many details on the product pages. My only 2 cons with Zipify is that I can not customize the cart page (Ezra has a fully customized cart page on BoomByCindyJoseph.com). Neither does Zipify have a Carousel-Functionality available for product browsing sections, which I would very much like to have.
On BoomByCindyJoseph.com, they do have such a feature, but not available for us developers. I give a 4 star because I am not satisfied by having Zipify Footer & Header ALL THE WAY (except for when the visitors land on the cart page - Then it switches to the boring Shopify layout) If Zipify gets the cart-page customization in place, that'd be a solid 5 star me.

I've been very frustrated with this app. Lots of work setting up integrations and getting it up running however it still does not work correctly.
