Still Broken After Support Call – Can’t Even Add a Shift
We were really hoping this app would help streamline scheduling for our team, but it’s been completely unusable. The core functionality—adding shifts—doesn’t work at all. We had a long call with their support team to try to resolve the issue, and were told it would be fixed within 48 hours.
It also forces military time with no option to switch to standard time, which most people use. On top of that, there’s no drag-and-drop functionality—something that should be standard in any modern scheduling app.
Overall, very disappointed. We were excited to roll this out for our team, but it's simply not functional.
Just installed for our family business. They say they manage, run, or integrate payroll. So FYI, none of that’s true. Super misleading. Just be real about what you actually do and stop wasting people's time.
All three of these negative reviews were left by the same person, who hasn't even used my app. I'm confident this is the work of a competitor who has been threatening to take down my app. I’ve already contacted the Shopify team to look into this matter in more detail.
This app has made scheduling shifts so easy for us. No more confusion or manual spreadsheets everything is organized in one place. Highly recommend it for growing teams!
Works great, we just onboarded new employees and this system is by far the best. I can schedule and see how many hours they worked this week without having to have a paper system. Amazing!
