Super fast customer service when I encountered some minor issues getting things setup after we overhauled our website. They had us back up an running immediately. We've been using Zoorix now for over a year (maybe 2?) and definitely notice a bump in sales for our add-on products. Convenient to be able to promote and bundle products with other products. Good value app - recommend!

THANK YOU OHAD!!! Just came from a Zoom call with him, the app creator. i had an issue with my bundle offer, and he managed to sort everything out by editing the code real time. His support is top notch! Always replies really quick to emails and also on live chat when it's available. Always willing to help and give recommendations and accomodate urgent requests. Hands down the best customer support I've encountered of any Shopify app.
The app itself is easy to use, and any questions I have is quickly answered.
And their pricing plan is fair; paying according to sales generated using the app.

Zoorix is fantastic; it's boosted our AOV without slowing down our site. It's great on both mobile and desktop, and their support team is quick to help, day or night. I wish they'd make more apps—their team really gets what stores need. Keep it up!

I have been using Zoorix app for a few months and I am very happy with the results. It is easy to set up and customize, and it has increased my sales and average order value significantly. I can create different types of offers, such as bundle offers, frequently bought together, mix and match, buy x get y, and volume discount. I can also use AI product recommendations to show relevant products to my customers. The customer support is very responsive and helpful. You can't beat the support for Zoorix. It has all the necessary features we're looking for that create bundles and visuals are customizable to fit any store. Prices are fair. I highly recommend it.
