This app has been a huge help. I love popups and the header bar. These tools help us to reach our customers with important messages we don't want them to miss. Strongly recommend. They also have amazing customer support. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! We have been using this app for 4 years, and never had any issues

Was told by the CEO of this app that they don’t provide any support to those on their free plan and that I’d have to upgrade and pay them to get any help! I thought that was quite rude. Especially coming from the founder itself.
I am sorry you thought my reply was rude. I only mentioned it after supporting you (for free) and after you asked the same question twice.
You have been using our free tools for a long time (and benefited from them).
We have also never charged you for our support even though we have discontinued our free plans.
We see you still are continuing to use our free tools (that we have discontinued) and we wish you the best with your online store.
This app is very easy to use and if I have an issue my email is answered quickly. I would recommend this app.

Went through 4 different banner type apps which i couldn't figure out. Used this one and was so annoyed i didnt find it first. A pleasure to use.

The charge that you showed us was a pending charge, which is common for credit cards. If you are charged, please contact us and Shopify so our companies can refund you.

The Promo bar did exactly what I needed it to do and for free! I had a quote for $250 to make a banner that was customisable so I could notify of shipping deals or if we were on holiday. Easy to use and customisable. Thanks for making it easy!
