Zotabox Promote and Convert

After using the free trial I upgraded so that I can use the app for both my websites. I needed to link the 2 websites and asked for help on theeir Live Chat, and BOOM it was done in a flash for me! THANKS!
As for the App.. Love how easy it is to edit and add mulitple tools. I mainly us the pop up for coupons, and also heading bar that informs customers about offers. Fantastic for the price!

UPDATE:
After reaching out to the company, the CEO did not only confirm a major server upgrade of their app platform to prevent outages like experienced in the past months in future, but they also issued a very generous compensation. This is a customer care and service rare to find these days. So we are happy to change our former 2 star to a 5 star rating!

We are long time customers of Zotabox and we really love their large variety of tools, like banners, popups, promo boxes, tabs, etc. BUT: since about one year their back bone became very unstable. This year alone, we lost several times for hours and longer connectivity to their service, unfortunately exactly during peak sales season like Black Friday and Christmas. They host their service on a Cloud server which seems to be not quite reliable. After contacting the developers several times, so far we have not seen any major improvement. The latest incident lasts alreday over 24 hours with no service anymore. If Zotabox service is not majorly improving their availibity we will have to move on to a different app. So sad...

I've tried A LOT of different e-mail POP ups and top bar displays but I've never seen such a futuristic looking display that is so aesthetically pleasing that it looks like I spent thousands developing my website!

The Welcome Header Bar is a very good addition to my website. The ability to preview, adjust, then readjust as needed was very easy. For someone like me who was new to websites, I was very pleased with this app. Their other add-ons like the ability to have quick popups were very easy to understand as well. If you are looking for a great thing to use, then definitely use this app, it is a great help!

Works well with lots of good functions. My only complaint is that it doesn't load at the same time as the page so there is a drop in the page after a couple of seconds.

I recently activated the Free Trial and let me say "I don't know why I haven't done it sooner". Seriously the added features actually feels like you're decorating your store with some cool extra features that make engagement (at least to me) seem fun. The Welcome Header Bar by Zotabox is worth it's name and should be used for Every Shopify store.

This app is absolutely awesome, it has so many features and so far they all seem to be working well, pop up, with countdown timer, the floating social share buttons and the sales bars are my favorite, I have tried many other apps. This one honestly is very good for the price
