Zotabox is super easy to use. Great promotion tools, clean design. Setting up pop-ups and banners takes seconds, and they look good. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to improve their store’s marketing.

We were using this app on both Ecwid and Shopify, and our experience has been disappointing. After a month of back-and-forth with support to identify a system glitch, they suggested we upgrade to the Starter plan, assuring us it would resolve the issue. However, after two weeks, we encountered the same problem again.

The support conversation felt like a game of ping-pong, where instead of resolving the issue, they started discussing the possibility of a refund since we weren't using the app due to the glitches. Rather than helping us, they recommended contacting Shopify Support, which we are now doing.

We do not recommend this app if you are looking for smooth and effective support. In conclusion, we felt that we wasted our time and found the process exhausting, with responses that led nowhere. This experience was particularly disappointing because we had previously used the app with positive results, but this time it has been completely unsatisfactory.

Case updated: Hello there, we have sent you the message from Shopify. Based on their investigation, you have not been charged any amount. The charge that you showed us was a pending charge, which is common for credit cards. If you are charged, please contact us and Shopify so our companies can refund you.

I am sorry that all of us were involved in such an unwanted incident.

We're using the ZotaBox on a large scale withup to 200 Tools running at the same time and are happy with the outcome. It's especially needed to showcase influencer codes in the shop since we do see an incease in CVR when using zota-box.
Support is helpful and easy to contact.
