So far the loyalty program seems easy to use from a customer standpoint as well as from the backend store owner view. After trying out other products and not finding what we were looking for it was refreshing to see Dan and his team fill that void. Setup questions were carefully considered and small bumps in the setup process were corrected or functionality was further explained if it was something on my end.
