We’ve been using Backup Labs for over a year. The product has worked for us just as described. We’ve needed tech support on a couple of minor problems early on, and they were quick to respond. We just transitioned to the paid service. We highly recommend Backup Labs.
We are extremely satisfied with the outcome, as our website was compromised and subsequently erased. We have now recognized the importance of maintaining regular backups.

I havent used the entire tool but it seems very user freindly. I did backups and restores both worked fine
I just downloaded it and created my first backup. Its basically like backupmaster but free, so perfect for us.
