GAME CHANGER ALERT! ShipBlink is the app we've been looking for since we moved to Shopify. We ship some pretty big products, from surfboards to snow boards, and also some teeny tiny products too. Finding a solution to render dimensional weight rates accurately on Shopify's Checkout is no easy task. ShipBlink does it, they do it consistently, they do it with awesome live chat support (shout out to Sam, McKay, and Braxton) and best of all, they do it at a reasonable price. If you need to get accurate dimensional weight shipping rates, this is the Shopify shipping rate app you need. 10/10 recommend!

Sam has been an incredible partner is setting up our integration with our custom app and website. Even the developers who were building the app and website couldn't figure out how to integrate the specific custom shipping solutions that we needed for months and sam was able to make it happen within a few days! This one actually delivers, for real. We use it for FedEx, DHL Express and UPS - It ticks all, ALL boxes. Commercial invoices are correct, packaging, labels, everything works as it should. It's a big scale product in a small scale package. And outstanding support and roadmap. We've been using it for BigCommerce and we will continue using it now that we migrate to Shopify Plus.

Until now all our shipping rates had to be done manually, because our preferred carrier didn't have native integration with shopify. Now that we've discovered ShipBlink we're able to connect our carrier and get real time rates that are accurate. Anytime we've had an issue their team has been able to assist us in a timely manner and even add a few customizations that prevent errors on our part.
We've been using them for over 2 years now and the integration is so seamless that we keep forgetting they're there. In all that time we've not had any downtime or pricing issues.

ShipBlink has been an indispensable tool for our business in coordinating shipping & tracking information between Shopify & EasyPost for order fulfillment on our online store. It's very quick and easy to set up and use! Also, their customer service is fantastic – I ran into a unique issue regarding international shipping rate calculations, and the founder of the app worked with me for over a period of several weeks to resolve the problem, even liaising with EasyPost directly on our behalf. I'd highly recommend ShipBlink to any direct-to-consumer business on Shopify!
It's a wonderful app, especially if you have many different products with varying sizes. It allows for a lot of flexibility and with the free EasyPost account, you have access to many built-in shipping services like USPS and UPS, or you can connect your own accounts. Support was great helping us get set up.
