Shein DS & Amazon Dropshiping

Awful company. The products look great, but many of the suppliers do not ship to the USA, and the ones that do failed to ship the majority of the orders placed! Communication with the suppliers was non-existent - they simply don't reply, so I ended up having to cancel most of the orders, delist the products and update marketing materials to remove the items from the store. I put the account on Pause to assess whether or not to continue with them, look at other options and see if I could source some of the catalog from other suppliers, and they still charged me for two months during this time! Why Pause an account if you still get charged???

They are now offering a 20% refund instead of a full refund. Total ripoff - don't waste your time, have found WAY better results with Trendsi and Spocket.

SCAM ALERT – Lost $435 – Avoid This App at All Costs!
I was charged $435 for a service that did not work properly. I reached out to their support team multiple times, providing clear proof that the app was faulty, but they completely ignored my concerns and refused to issue a refund.

Even though I canceled the appointment on the same day, they claimed I missed their cancellation window and still charged me. This policy was not made clear upfront. I also canceled my subscription to avoid future charges, and they responded by terminating my account – offering zero support or resolution.

This behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical. They took my money, ignored my complaints, and left me without help. This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this app. What they’re doing should not be legal. Be warned – I lost $435, and you could be next.

This company is a complete fraud. I was wrongfully charged $150 despite deactivating my account. They even provided evidence of the deactivation but continued to stall, claiming their “finance team” would respond. It has been two weeks, and I am still awaiting a resolution.

They have my money and are blatantly ignoring my fraud complaint. Their so-called support team keeps giving me the runaround, proving they have zero accountability. This is beyond frustrating – it’s outright theft.

Save yourself the hassle, and DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! They got their phillipino service team to call me and then he disappeared again. This is a fraud company and they blackmailed me to remove my ratings to get a refund.
