Fantastic app. Saves me a load of time in regards to customer service as my customers can got straight to the tracking page provided by this app. As many of my orders are international orders outside of NZ customers aren't automatically sent email notifications from the NZ shipping providers so having this app for customers to refer to is a life saver.

Email Notifications can be chosen to notify your customers or yourself, which will keep you and your customers informed of the status of orders, and will help increase your customer's satisfaction and your sales. We are glad to see it works for you!

Updated review as support was responsive and helpful. I hope they continue to help me configure the app. It would be great if they added Klaviyo integration to the app!!
