Very good app, easy to use and customer service is very friendly and helpful!
For the most part this app is easy to use. I have not figured out how to change some of the premade flows, but the ones they provide are well written. There should be a way to edit the links attached to specific details such as the store name or adding other tags to the body.

Tony was great with quickly helping me out. I really like 17 Track, it puts all the order status tracking from shipment to delivery right on your shopify store tracking page, so the customer has everything they need from you. This is very helpful since most of us who use 17 Track use suppliers on AliExpress in China and most of us live in other countries such as the US. So the customers and us the dropshippers get the peace of mind of shipping and handling which helps enhance the customer experience and provides full transparency.
Customer service is really kind and is always whilling to help. Completely recommended.
Just stumbled upon this app and installed it and the customer service from Bianca was great even though I'm on the free plan currently. I think it seems like it'll be really helpful later when I get a lot more orders because most of my emails are basically people asking where is their package. I think I see myself getting the paid plan within the next few weeks after I see how it goes but so far I already see more visibility into the tracking statuses even though I'm on the paid plan.
We moved out from another App that was 10x more expensive and we have been having a better user experience and tracking information with 17Track.
The product is very convenient and efficient to use, and the customer service can solve my problems in a timely manner. I highly recommend it to everyone.
