Excellent Support for Premium Brand Setup

Setting up a high-end home fragrance brand like Verdora Life requires precision. The app itself works and is actually quite nice in terms of features and usability.
However, the map localization does not work, at least in Italy.

I reported this issue over 2 months ago, but nothing has been fixed so far.
Every time I contact support, I only receive the same reply:
“I will report this to the technical team and get back to you within 12 hours.”

Unfortunately, those 12 hours have turned into 2 months with no updates, no fixes, and no real feedback.

I’ll let others draw their own conclusions.

Excellent tracking app for Shopify stores. Very easy to set up and the dashboard is clean and intuitive. Real-time tracking updates help reduce customer inquiries and improve overall trust.
The support team is also fast, friendly, and very helpful. They even provided extra free quota during setup, which is greatly appreciated for new stores.
Highly recommended for any eCommerce business that wants a professional order tracking solution.

You must install this app to keep track of your customers shipments and also to give your customers the option to track their orders which then means you also increase chances of bringing customers back to your store.
