I had a problem, my customers were sending me messages that they could not track their order, and I did not know how to work since I opened the site, until I got curious and sent to support and a nice girl named Emily spoke to me. She was very nice to me and followed up with me until the tracking number was working well for me, and here I felt comfortable psychologically and did not wait for messages from my customers about the tracking number. the app is a little pricy compared the the other apps in the same category but it's the best at what it does. So far so good. It's making my life easier and saves me a lot of time, soooo I'm sticking with it
