I was having trouble transferring access to this handy tool after an accountant left, and initially just tried to do things myself because I rarely have an experience with support that is anything more than frustrating. When I hit a wall, I clicked the icon in the lower right of the site, got routed to Kim through their AI assistant, and she helped me resolve the issue even though it required a couple days to get all the way there. Restored my faith in humanity.

The customer support I received from A2X is world class! There is no cutting corners and they genuinely want to help not just offer cheap outsourced help desks.
