First I must say the software is amazing and any small business owner should use it. I quickly was able to connect all my JerkyNSpice channels quickly on my own, until I started Shopify which was done a bit differently and I kept getting stuck. Andrea in support was nothing short of amazing and quickly helped me troubleshoot the issues. One was even one she had never seen (feel those always happen to me! :)) but we quickly set up a shared screen and powered through it together. She was a true advisor and incredibly helpful in a short period of time. I would give her 6 stars if it was possible. Thanks A2X team!
WOW. I am so glad I found A2X. The integration between Shopify and Quickbooks was super easy and straight forward. Their support team is incredible too. They are super responsive and will jump a call to walk me through my questions/concerns. 10/10 recommend if you have a Shopify store. The Quickbooks Shopify Connector app is AWFUL, lol.
This app has saved me hours and hours of work, putting invoices onto my accounting systems Sage. It links my shopify sales and inputs all the data into sage and allows me to allocate deposits in seconds. Also the A2X support team are amazing, they are always on hand and responsive to every question and have talked me though the whole process. A specail thank you to Nora and Doloras who have helped me no end.
