Although we are new to this program, we set up a zoom to assist with our accessibility statement and it was very helpful and we were guided without any problems. We were able to insert our statement right away into our website. Customer service is great so far.

I am not very tech savvy. The customer service support was excellent. Sachin was very patient and explained everything in a way that made sense. He assisted me with adding the certificate to my website and showed me the many features of the app.

Easy to install and they were very helpful to walkthrough all the settings. They helped us set up our accessibility statement page on our shopify page as well.
