The app is extremely easy to use. It lets you customize the template for any "updating email" you may send to your customers, which is good.
I had to contact support and Shruti was very nice and helped me solve the issue.

This is a really great app! with automatic sync on, you don't need to worry anymore about manually syncing your orders and be on the Good Side of Paypal, I'm really excited about their future updates and features that will make eCommerce business easier to track down every order thru Paypal and Stripe, oh and not to mention their Customer Support is really friendly and be able to guide and respond to my inquiries fast.

Dealing with customer inquiries about order statuses was a bit overwhelming. While new orders trigger email notifications after activating the tracking feature, it's worth noting this applies only to future orders.

The pricing structure was a bit confusing at first, but with Shruti's guidance, I learned the tracking page is free. Charges only come when syncing orders, with a generous free limit of 500 shipments per month.
