Seit wir Adresse Ninja nutzen, hat sich unsere gesamte Bestellabwicklung enorm verbessert. Die App sorgt dafür, dass die Adresseingaben der Kunden nochmal kontrolliert werden bzw. erst gar keine Fehle wie fehlende Hausnummer oder falsche Angaben erfolgen. Vor allem bei DHL Packstationen war es immer wieder ein Pain – das ist jetzt auch endlich gelöst. Dadurch sparen wir uns jede Menge Nachbearbeitung, und unser Lagerprozess läuft viel reibungsloser. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für jeden, der Wert auf fehlerfreie Adressdaten legt! Der Support ist auch wirklich klasse und schnell in der Rückmeldung und Umsetzung. Provides many options for restricting data entry for address, name, email, etc. This helps us as we integrate our Shopify data across systems that have more restrictive rules than Shopify does. The company is easy to work with and responsive to requests for help or changes.
