Wir sind super zufrieden mit AddressHero! Seit der Einführung der App hat sich unsere Paket-Zustellquote deutlich verbessert - das steigert nicht nur die Zufriedenheit unserer Kund:innen, sondern reduziert gleichzeitig den Support-Aufwand unseres Teams sowie Kosten durch unzustellbare Sendungen.
Sehr überzeugend ist auch der Funktionsumfang der App, der dennoch sehr intuitiv zu bedienen ist und sich auch perfekt in Shopify integriert. Nach einem kurzen und sehr angenehmen Onboarding mit Robin war die App innerhalb kürzester Zeit vollständig eingerichtet und live.
Hervorheben möchten wir außerdem den außergewöhnlich schnellen und auch hilfreichen Support und sogar individuelle Lösungsvorschläge kann man einbringen, welche auch vom Team besprochen und umgesetzt werden.
