I use the system for few years and very happy from the friendly interface.

I can't recall how I discovered this app, I believe through a Google search when doing some research. I installed it and had no real idea what to do. I have used other sms/email platforms so I have some experience but not much. I went about the process as best as I could and emailed customer support because I was thoroughly confused. I received a quick response and was offered a video chat to help me better understand the platform. This was highly unexpected, A+. I am going to continue using this app although I have more learning to do. I feel confident that I will be able to get fast and reliable support if and when its needed.
