Support went from being friendly and good to terrible trying to fix my issues. My main navigation started to change with duplicate (clone) items, a mystery field was added to all products that used their app called "Default Title".

Product options in cart are very unintuitive, just show up as a string of text, and don't list pricing.

In the end I was basically told to figure it out. Very displeased with the experience and would not recommend using this app.

Easy to use product and great support with installation and basic customisation

This app doesn't work with Ajax carts which is used by many of the better theme designers. Also, even though they said to was going to work support could not get it a usable state to publish. We had a long list of issues the app was creating and support wasn't there to fix, even though they said they fixed them. We were super hopeful this would be superior to similar apps. I have a feeling this is best for basic theme designs. We use Out Of The Sandbox - Turbo, which is hugely popular for many reasons and this app doesn't work with it unless you take away/turn off some of the design aspects and functions of the theme, which is counterproductive for having bought the theme for those specific funcitons. This app might be great for some, but keep in mind it not for everyone.

This app is amazing and easy to use. The customer support can't get any be better, they help with everything I need and very fast.

The App is great but what really makes it stand out above the crowd is the extremely fast and efficient support. I was genuinely surprised at how quick my query was not only answered but also implemented for me. Highly recommend the App and Mageworx

Great customer support service. I had one issue in setting up my own customized product options. I just emailed them my issue in detail with screenshots. I got an instant reply from the team & they set up my customized options as i wanted. This thing kept me from trying another app. So changing my 2 stars to 5 stars. Thankyou and after my trial period im gonna keep my subscription with more peace of mind.

It was a great app, but I am looking for a quantity-based conditional logic so I've decided not to proceed, hoping to get this feature in the future.
