Mipler ‑ Custom Reports

Mark and the entire Mipler team are outstanding. The app itself is extremely useful, but what truly sets Mipler apart is the support. No matter how complex the request, the team is always responsive and incredibly helpful. Very grateful for Mark and the Mipler team.

Zugegeben, bei Shopify es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Berichte. Aber alle muss man als deutscher Nutzer wegen den Zahlenformaten erst konvertieren. Bei Mipler ist schon alles prima vorbereitet und optimiert. Eine große Auswahl an fertigen Berichten, die man nicht mehr nachbearbeiten muss. Unser erster Eindruck ist sehr gut.

We hit a point where exporting orders takes hours, and files are too big for Gsheets, but we wanted the flexibility to do custom reporting. Mipler made that easy and the team is extremely responsive and helpful!

Support creating reports has been great. Time zone is not US but is thorough and helpful.
Multi-site reporting is great because can aggregate in a main account and regular reporting in each account.

Mipler team has always gone above and beyond to help. The app is a great way to access more data from Shopify without knowing code and build up your own report without using Shopify's default Analytics which can be very limiting.

Mark has been terrific in helping me tailor a specific report that allows allocation of orders to Sales Representatives based on the customer and then calculation of their commissions.
The same report can then be used to assist coding of payments into Xero, which requires different handling for each Sale based on Shopify payment gateway and the associated fees.
All up huge time saver to have all the relevant information in one place!
