Great experience so far, Sam patiently helped respond to my start-up questions. It's a simple app that tracks the basic info you need which allows you to work alongside your in-house system rather than need to move everything over to a new space.
The one feature that would make it better is being able to assign orders to reps/affiliates in the Shopify back-end, but can understand why it's not included in this particular app.

I commission artists to make some designs for my products and had a hard time finding an app that allows me to pay my artists royalties. this app lets me do that and more for a very new shop friendly rate! It was a little difficult to use at first because of the language barrier, but once I got used to it, I found it quite handy. Their support chat is also run by real people, and they are very helpful and kind.

BEST REFERRAL SOFTWARE ON SHOPIFY. Simple, easy to use UI, packed with features, incredible value and super low cost. Affiliates understand right away how to use their dashboard and sign up in 2 clicks, reducing friction and increasing cooperation substantially. Any questions are answered right away with the built in help desk THATS A REAL PERSON NOT A BOT, BLESS!! I would rate 11 stars if there were that many.
