Of all of the Apps that I have integrated with on our Shopify store, UpPromote has the most responsive and helpful support I have encountered. A big shout out to Tommy, Gwen and Nick specifically. I have had an excellent experience with UpPromote over the last several months as we have ramped up our Affiliate Program in multiple markets.

The free app in itself is pretty decent, although you are very limited on you can and can't do with the FREE VERSION. I will however say that any issues you run into can be easily resolved by the support team, I spoke to Barney and he was extremely efficient and effective at resolving my issue. Issue was resolved instanteously with no hassle at all.

Really fast support, tons of features and it ease our process dramatically. Its the perfect app for us and everyone who wants to use affiliate for their business

UpPromote has been very helpful during our migration to their software. They are quick to respond and provide detailed answers and solutions. Selina, the support team and the dev team do their best to get all of our requests, changes and fixes turned around quickly. Their service performance raises my confidence in this platform. I appreciate this app and customer service because several days ago I had a problem with my paid subscription, I forgot to downgrade my subscription and Shopify charged payment which was in the pro version. After talking with customer service about my problem. They refunded my bills for my unused period. I am very happy because it is a huge amount of money for business beginners. I wish them good luck and endless customers in the future

Super easy straight-forward app for affiliates, with all possible needs, from referrals to single product, collection, coupons.
I used the Chat expecting a useless bot to respond, but instead, an actual person responded immediately. I am in the free version and they were there for me. Mr. Evans was knowledgeable, courteous an fast to respond. He escalated my complex requirements to their development team.
I would recommend, I will do business with them! A+ 5 stars all the way!
