I used the app the interface is very well designed! And the guidance links on each page helps explaining each page information is very good. Also the chat support team is very helpful & quick with solving the issues...

The customer service is fantastic. Tommy has helped us set up the affiliate program. We miss some extra functionality, such as customers getting a different discount depending on the product (and not a fixed discount for everything). But this is the fault of Shopify's system and not of this app. I think it's the most complete Shopify affiliate app (it does allow with a single affiliate link to have different commissions depending on the product, and this is fantastic). I hope they can add this functionality in the future.

Regarding the function you're requesting, since the affiliate coupon codes are basically discount codes in Shopify admin, they can only have the rules that Shopify allows (just like regular discount codes). If Shopify can add that function in the future, the coupon codes can also be set up with such rules. I hope you would understand the difficulties in this case. From the get go, the app seemed very easy to manage however I did encounter some minor issues but their support team must be the best I've dealt with. They were extremely attentive and detailed in their responses, with clear instructions. I gave them a few suggestions and they took them very seriously and added these as features which is amazing. The actual platform itself is really great, it's easy to use if you're familiar with affiliate platforms but may require the help of support to setup finer tunings but with the great support team this will not be a task at all. The support team was Tommy, Christy, Léna, Stark, Matthew, June and Nick. All support agents provide the same level of attentiveness and professionalism. Thank you guys and keep it up!
