App not working after installing, cannot see it under pricing section even after making changes in the theme.

Hi Team Siloyacart, we spoke on phone several days back. We investigated the issue - the theme being used does not support integration of any apps (not just Widget). We suggest changing to the 'Dawn' theme. The Widget will appear seamlessly on your website.
Please try changing your theme. If you face any challenges, do let me know. You can also drop an email at affordability-widget@razorpay.com.

App not working
not working . please fix it
The support is pathetic. They don't care to respond. Didn't expect this from RAZORPAY! The app is not working. Once someone clicks the widget , the product page freezes and no further action can be performed. There is no way to contact them and they do not reply. Don't install the app and waste your time!!
