I really like this app and their customer support is great!I had asked one of their experts to review my store and they answered really quickly.
Great support and communication from Pierre. Even went to the extent to provide a Loom support video! Cannot fault the service whatsoever.
Very much appreciated the easy onboarding experience -- it was a breeze. App is super easy to use, with video guide embedded in the setup flow. Customization and element styling is simple and straightforward. We've already seen a few upsells come through -- wonderful experience so far!

Orders through aftersell keep getting declined but processed. So orders are still being fulfilled, but no payment. A nightmare.
Hi there, I am terribly sorry this happened! This issue looks to be caused by a bug between Shopify and another app you're using. We do have a solution for this though to deal with this limitation. I couldn't seem to view the AfterSell Funnel after making a purchase even after watching a tutorial on why it may not be showing up. So I got on the chat and within 30 seconds, someone responded and was able to help me figure out why I couldn't view it.
Now I know it's working and can't wait to start making sales after my customer's purchase is completed! Thank you!
