Set up was easy and service is great. I think this is an upgrade over Zipify OCU, which used to be the leader in this area but not anymore!
The customer service is amazing. I had downloaded the free trial of Zipify One click upsell but it was complicated to set up and it was expensive.... so I found Aftersell Post Purchase Upsell and Patti did all the set-up for me for free, plus it's priced much more reasonably. Thanks so much Patti!
I use AfterSell to increase the average ticket value, it’s better for us to give a discount so the freight cost becomes more affordable. And the customer service is great.

This app is perfect! Its incredibly easy to use, it has a beautiful layout, and customization options. My only suggestion would be to have an option for customers to fill in text as some of the products in my store are customized and I require an area for them to fill out the customization options.
